Diagnosis
Frons with interscrobal area protruding and carinate; scutellum entirely reticulate, without median groove and lateral mesh-rows; forewing speculum very small and closed below; all coxae white; median propodeum smooth and shiny, submedian grooves and anterolateral foveas weakly indicated anteriorly; propodeal callus with five setae; petiole dorsally with transverse carina.
